6 3 hours ago Full Job Description Position Summary/Position Under the direction of the Manager, Measure Transformation, Quality Measure Leaders, and/or the Manager, Strategic Partnerships, the Quality Systems Analyst I - Quality Transformation will support the preparation of reports, presentations, and communication materials for the Measure Transformation Team or the Strategic Partnerships Team.
In this role, the Quality Systems Analyst I - Quality Transformation will be responsible for conducting primary and secondary research using the internet and other publicly available information, modeling healthcare related problems, discovering insights and identifying opportunities using statistical, algorithmic, data mining, analysis and data visualization techniques as appropriate.
Major Functions (Duties and Responsibilities) 1.
Gather, analyze data, narratives and gap analyses, present findings to various levels to support transformation projects and ensure the delivered report is accurate, timely, and formatted appropriately.

Develop and design of reports and analyses to support Quality Transformation Team needs utilizing available tools, including but not limited to:
Microsoft applications - MS Access, SSRS, SAS, SPSS, Tableau, Crystal Reports, ArcGIS, system-specific reporting tools, or other related reporting software.

Perform initial data discovery, analysis, and modeling to inform project strategy and operations.
4.
Generate and manage updated case studies of experiments and outcomes within IEHP for reporting and continuous learning.
5.
Assist with coordination among different departmental teams and collaborate with all staff levels to solve analytical issues, documenting results, and methodologies.
6.
Serve as facilitator between Quality Transformation and other business units to ensure data accuracy, validity, and reliability in support of analytics and reporting needs.
7.
Review and report experiment learnings / findings for accuracy and productivity.
8.
Assist with preparation of presentation and communication materials.
9.
Assist with preparation of deliverables and communicate risks to Manager.
Supervisory Responsibilities Leading:
Self Experience Qualifications Two (2) or more years of experience required in study development, writing and analysis in healthcare (quality improvement, patient/provider services, healthcare finance, care management or related fields).
Demonstrated experience working with data systems and data sets.
Experience performing online research.
Experience working in a team setting.
Preferred Experience Experience in the healthcare field is preferred.
Education Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
Preferred Education Master's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
Drivers License Required Yes, must have a valid California Driver's License.
Knowledge Requirement Knowledge in:
Data gathering, analysis, and visualization tools.
Health Plan or Hospital Federal, State and Accreditation Requirements.
Provider Workflows, Care Coordination and Transition Management processes.
SDOH, Health Equity, Community Resources, Person-Centered Care, Alternative Care Models.
Skills Requirement Data analysis tools, including but not limited to MS Access, SSRS, SAS, SPSS, Tableau, Crystal Reports, ArcGIS, system-specific reporting tools, or other related reporting software Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel.
