Verify package and product quality.
Primary Responsibilities Perform line set up, start up, operation, changeovers and maintaining of equipment Program proper lot coding for product Pack finished bottles of cooking oil into boxes Stack finished cases onto pallets Maintain close communication with lead regarding product parameters and production Verifies equipment is in good working condition; communicate to management any required maintenance needs.
Monitor replacement parts inventories and order necessary machine components Complete daily production records Keep machines in running condition Identify and correct machine related problems Clean equipment and area prior, during and after shift Constantly monitor the appearance of product, ability to make necessary adjustments to meet quality expectations Maintain a positive and constructive work environment.
Work with production line promoting teamwork Clean as you go to make sure your work area and surrounding are neat Follow food GMP and safety standards Other tasks as required Experience Food Manufacturing/Production - Preferably Machine operator - Preferably Knowledge of filling and production line equipment - Preferably Physical Requirements Able to work in a fast-paced environment Lift up to 50lbs Job Type:
