Accounting Coordinator (Entry) Location:
Rancho Cucamonga, CA Responsibilities Working with other members of the accounting department to compile, analyze, and report accounting data Preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports Using bookkeeping software, SAP, and entering information into company files or databases, ensuring that all financial records are complete and accurate Ensuring that company bills are paid Implementing and enforcing financial and inventory controls Staying current on company, local, state, and federal financial regulations, and policies Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; or Equivalent Experience Preferred Excellent communication skills Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required Authorized to work lawfully in the United States Employee Benefits 100% coverage for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401K Matching up to 4% Cellphone Allowances Employee Discounts Catered meals Paid Vacation 10 Paid Holidays Job Type:
