Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Experience:
