Job Description JOB TITLE:
Office Manager CLASSIFICATION:
Non-Exempt JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree or higher with 4 or more years of executive administrative experience and 1 or more years of supervisory experience.
Excellent verbal and written skills, and Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities ? Follow all ABC, Inc.
policy and procedures, including but not limited to arriving on time to all scheduled shifts, adhering to dress codes, and following guidelines for ethical and professional guides.
o Client confidentiality is to be upheld at all times.
Discussing any client information to anyone outside of the client's parents and current team members is strictly forbidden.
o Office Manager will maintain ethical and professional boundaries with the client's family.
o Maintaining a responsible and professional attitude toward all team members and parents.
? Job duties are subject to change and may change based on the need of the Department.
? Office Manager may be required to conduct the job duties of all job positions they supervise.
? Assist Scheduling Team with day-to-day scheduling needs and scheduling of clients and staff.
o Assist Director with ensuring contractual hours are met and that full time staff are scheduled appropriately.
o Ensuring technician overlaps are scheduled.
o Assist scheduling team with shift coverage.
o Ensure required breaks/lunches are scheduled for staff and overtime is avoided and only with the approval of the Director.
? Conduct job interviews at the request of the Director.
? Ensures all interviewee and new hire paperwork has been completed.
? Ensures all new hire staff are scheduled and completes training and help manage the process and scheduling of the RBT exam.
? Ensure the maintenance and organization of staff files and client files.
Confidentiality of the information in these files will be highly maintained.
o Request or assign the AA to request any missing documents or documents needing updating from the appropriate persons.
? Ensure all staff annual performance reviews have been completed and sent to HR department.
? Reviews all billing and timesheets for completion prior to submission.
? Review and approve staff expense sheets prior to submission.
? Upon staff termination, ensures all exit paperwork is completed and submitted to HR, and ABC property have been returned.
? Scan and email Status Change Forms to HR department.
o File when complete.
? Addresses staff concerns regarding Administrative concerns, informing the Director of all issues.
? Oversee building maintenance, this includes, but not limited to:
phone systems, computer systems, supplies, building upkeep and repairs.
Contacting appropriate personnel and/or vendors as needed.
? Monitor department's budget.
? Supervise department's Administrative team.
Office Manager should schedule team meetings and individual meetings as needed.
? Supervise and create goals for the supervisees.
? Attend all meetings as required.
? Special Projects as assigned by Director.
