They'll be point of contact for customers, as well as the liaison between the customer and Legend dispatch team.
A dispatcher/CSR will provide shipment information and resolve any emerging problems that our drivers or customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The best dispatchers/ CSRs are genuinely excited to help drivers and customers.
They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
They can put themselves in their customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
Problem-solving comes naturally to them.
They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don't have enough information to resolve customer complaints.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to drivers and customer inquiries, as well as maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Identify, accept, and schedule all customer freight according to specifications best suited for both the customer and driver Identify and assess drivers' and customers' short term and long terms needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with drivers and customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools (email, phone, conference calls, etc.
) Handle drivers complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of drivers/customer interactions Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage drivers and customers Skills Proven dispatch and customer service experience Track record of over-achieving quota Strong email and communication skills Familiarity with TMS systems and practices Driver/ Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective solutions Job Type:
