Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Collect and verify patient information, including medical history and insurance details - Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or eClinicalWorks - Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality - Collaborate with the medical team to provide excellent patient service - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
Qualifications:
