Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability - Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed - Ensure that the store is properly stocked and organized at all times - Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and market conditions to make informed business decisions - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner -Support Store Manager in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a safe working environment Requirements:
