File with State and Federal Courts Legal administrative duties Edit and finalize litigation documents Calendar court dates and deadlines Maintain attorney's schedules Prepare correspondence Expense reporting
Qualifications:

Monday through Friday Minimum of 3 years' civil litigation experience Knowledge and experience with state and federal filings Proficient in Office 365 (Outlook and Word), calendaring/docketing Excellent organizational skills Exceptional written/verbal communication skills to communicate with attorneys, staff, and clients The ideal candidate must have civil litigation defense experience, be organized, detail oriented, and a team player.
