This position requires excellent managerial and organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for customer service and sales.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the med spa, coordinating appointments, providing exceptional customer service, overseeing staff, and driving sales through effective sales techniques.
Key
Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Managerial
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the med spa, ensuring smooth workflow.
Train, supervise, and support staff members, including estheticians and support staff.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Sales Representative:
Actively promote med spa services and products to clients.
Provide consultations to clients and recommend appropriate treatments or products based on their needs.
Meet or exceed sales targets by upselling services and retail products.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up communication and personalized service.
Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional events to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Medical Assistant License HIGHLY preferred Experience or have passion in the skin care and facial industry.
Proven experience in customer service, reception, management, and sales roles.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of med spa services and products is a plus.
Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.

Different facials and other skin care services, microneedling, Botox/fillers, laser treatments, medical weight loss program, bodysculpting services such as ultrasonic RF cavitation, thermal lift, and HIFU treatments.
Prepare to answer questions about our services offered at our company.
Prepare rooms for different services.
Selling products and cross-selling services with the goal of optimizing client goals.
