- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival - Escort guests to their tables and provide menus - Assist in seating guests and managing reservations - Answer phone calls as needed and assist with inquiries or reservations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Monitor dining areas to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly - Provide recommendations on menu items and daily specials - Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required - Knowledge of POS systems, such as Toast, is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent customer service abilities - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with guest relations in the hospitality or food service industry We offer opportunities for career growth within our restaurant.
