Job Overview Rack Store is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator who is a quick study to join our expanding team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
The Operations Coordinator will directly report to the VP of Operations and work cross-functionally with Sales and Warehouse Operations, providing clerical and administrative support with a primary focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities Primary Role:
Customer Service and Administrative Support our Sales and AP teams processing orders and invoices in a timely manner, via our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Work closely with the warehouse department to process change orders and return merchandise authorizations (RMA).
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Collaborate with various departments to address customer concerns with speed and efficiency.
Secondary Role:
Sales and Marketing Support Assistance with marketing initiatives as requested, including adding content on social media or blasting email campaigns.
Aiding in the development and distribution of marketing collateral (e.
g.
, brochures, flyers, swag) and ensuring brand consistency.
Support with trade shows and events (e.
g.
, booth setup, lead generation), as needed.
Skills/Abilities Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service skills, demonstrating poise and patience in daily interactions.
Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Technically adept, with prior experience working in ERP, customer relationship management (CRM) or admin-end of point-of-sale (POS) systems highly desired, but proven quick studies highly encouraged.

At least two years of prior customer service experience in a distribution setting strongly desired.
