You will have a list of tradespeople you have worked with and you can confirm their skill level.
You will have either been active in rehabbing yourself or have been a property manager hiring and managing contractors and tradesmen to do the work.
The hours are flexible so that you can keep your day job and work with us when available on weekdays, early evening and/or weekends.
There is no training.
You must come with years of contacts and experience.
If you have a knack for design and decorating or have contacts with pros that do that is all the better.
Send a RESUME showing all of your work background since high school, including even jobs that may be unrelated.
Name each company you worked for, their city, your start and end dates and a short description of what you did for them.
Also mention what days and hours you are available.
Pay and hours will be open for negotiation.
