Essential Job functions:

Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed when operationally necessary.
Act as an ambassador for our client experience to drive empowerment, ownership and accountability and a service culture that puts the client at the center of how we operate to transform our client experience.
Help to develop procedures and policies and related training for efficient and productive work of the customer service team in an organization growing in size and complexity.
Helping to identify and track metrics to show program success.
Monitor team performance metrics, such as response times and customer service satisfaction, and implement measures to improve performance.
Monitor and guide the customer service team to maintain high service standards.
Work with other departments and management.
Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
Other general office and clerical duties as assigned.
Knowledge of, or previous experience, with jewelry, watches, or manufacturing is a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Education & Experience Bachelor's degree is required Minimum 2 Years of Management experience.
Zendesk experience is preferred.

Compensation The Anticipated base salary for this position is $75,000 - $95,000, dependent upon experience and other relevant factors.
