Duties and
Responsibilities:
Assist with Customer inquiries through all means of communication while accurately documenting all information pertaining to accounts.
Present, promote and sell DMV services using argument to existing and prospective customers.
Time management and organizational skills Process and accurately record incoming DMV transactions while following transaction procedures and guidelines.
Collaborate with colleagues of different offices, sectors.
Process documents for state registration, gathering proper documentation, and ensure all transactions are fully complete and in compliance.
Customer service skills Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships Ability to work as a team to reach goals Must have a great attitude and work ethic Demonstrated career progression and job stability Bilingual in Spanish is required No direct experience is necessary to be considered Evaluate individual customer needs and financial status to identify DMV needs Meet sales targets and develop sales tools Take initiative and work independently while working in a fast-pace environment Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship Reach out to customer leads by using our in house platforms Exceed client expectations by resolving customer problems and complaints Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports Work with a variety of DMV products to tailor each client's experience Participate and engage in our trainings to expand your job knowledge and learn about new products and services Have an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
