Duties include:
Performing general maintenance in units and around the common areas.
Maintaining and cleaning the common areas.
Scheduling and overseeing outside vendors.
Troubleshooting onsite problems.
Electrical, plumbing, painting, basic carpentry etc.
Open Playground, Pools, Restrooms, Laundry Room (Weather permitting) Trash pickup around Park, Clean-up Playground (Daily) Clean common areas Weed Abatement for POR's, including the removal of any tree limbs touching the homes.
POR Repairs (Work Orders) Order/Install Gas Meters Wash Exterior Windows, as needed Service Golf Cart(s) Position Details:
Full-time, 40 hours per week $20/Hour Candidates must also:
Be able to read, write and speak English (Bi-lingual preferred) Pass a Drug/Background screening Possess strong communication/customer services skills.
Current valid driver license.
