Essential Job functions:

Greet all customers with an engaging personality and provide quality customer service in a professional manner in accordance with our overall guidelines.
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
Document all customer activities, resolutions, recommendations, and complaints in our system.
Build sustainable relationships and trust amongst customers through open and interactive conversations.
Manage customer complaints with ease and efficiency, provide practical solutions and escalate to necessary departments to ensure prompt resolutions.
Go the extra mile to engage and support customers.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Computer proficient with fast, accurate typing and data entry skills.
Key Skills:
Previous Customer service experience Proficient with MS Office, data entry, and typing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Track record of over-achieving quota Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of, or previous experience, with jewelry, watches, or manufacturing is a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Education & Experience Highschool diploma or equivalent 2 years minimum in customer service experience.
