Quality Assurance Analyst (AS44619) 44619-Quality Assurance Analyst Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730 Position type: w2 Contact duration: 13months (strong possibility of extension) Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for working with business and technical staff in planning, executing, and documenting testing. Work with technical and business resources to understand requirements for each project affecting any component of application. Learn individual components of system to facilitate the development and execution of comprehensive test plans. Follow and enhance developed testing processes, procedures, or methodologies. Document test cases to meet desired test coverage goals. Assist with test automation effort. Work to minimize risk by identifying, communicating and escalating issues appropriately to management. Responsibilities: 1) Create and execute test scripts, cases and scenarios that will determine optimal system performance according to business requirements. 2) Interacting and coordinate with business subject matter experts to understand the business flows and business rules. 3) Analyze testing application errors and enhancement opportunities reported to determine cause, resolution, and/or business case for investment in proposed enhancements; and submits online program change requests and incident reports along with detail required for approval. 4) Produce reports and documentation for all testing efforts, results and activities. Preferred skills: Experience documenting test scripts/plans, executing test scripts, end to end integration testing, regression testing and user acceptance testing Experience with Quality Center or other tools for test plans and traceability Experience working on large system implementation in a health care environment (claims processing or high volume transaction desired) MYK62683JREstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
