AMLI at Victoria Arbors has a great opportunity for an entry level maintenance tech role as our newest Make Ready Technician. In this role you will ensure that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to make ready status in a timely manner. You will inspect vacated apartments and complete required repairs such as painting and caulking. You will diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliance.
Grammar school (8th grade equivalent); or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. HVAC certification a plus.
