PURPOSE
The HR Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the Human Resource Departments functions including implementing and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. He/She will grown and enhance Department functions as well as address growing Company needs. He/She is responsible for keeping the company compliant with all State and Federal laws and maintains current and applicable HR certificates, and ongoing education to keep abreast of changes.
Salary range is $28 - $35 per hour depending upon the selected candidates' experience and qualifications. We also offer great benefits, 401K, paid vacation and holidays. OUTCOMES AND
Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains a company wide safety program; identifies safety policies that ensures employee compliance. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable State and Federal labor notices ensuring all sites are kept up to date with posting notices and posters by mandated deadlines.
Manages the new hire, off-boarding, and transfer process of all employees. Uses the appropriate boards in ConnectWise to keep all applicable employees informed of actions needed.
Develops and maintains a compensation program by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; recommending planning and implementing pay structure revisions.
Plays a role in the review of performance evaluations to ensure they are completed equitably and performed in a timely manner by Management.
Identify and coordinate applicable HR services with vendors that will enhance Department operations. Continually audit and evaluate cost savings benefits for the company.
Address disciplinary and/or performance problems according to company policy. Prepare written documentation and communicate effectively with employees regarding performance concerns and making effective/appropriate decisions relative to corrective action as required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviews professional publications, establishes
personal networks, participates in professional societies, and keeps HR Certifications current.
Conducts internal employee investigations, working with legal counsel (as applicable); represents the organization at labor board hearings as
needed.
Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
Certificate in Human Resources or related field (preferred)

years experience with Human Resources
Good organizational skills; detail oriented; accurate.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, and under the pressure of deadlines.
Medium to high level office program suite skills; specifically in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate. (e.g., emergencies, changes in workload, rush jobs, or technical developments)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
