Pricing Manager (Shipping & Receiving) - RC
Our company has been in business for over 21 years and our operations continue to expand. We are recruiting for a Pricing Manager.
The right candidate for this position will look at the challenges posed, stop and evaluate. They will consider addressing changes and introduce new methods and ideas to eliminate the clutter and get to the root cause of the issues. They will do so with a sense of urgency while balancing the needs of the department, staff and the company all the while having the ability to adjust to new challenges and conditions as they develop.
This candidate must be able to communicate on different levels, from the hourly staff to upper management to our customers when necessary, always understanding that communication is key to a successful team. This leader will build his staff, by breaking down barriers not building them, bridging the gap between possibility and reality. An individual who focusses on long-term goals by addressing the challenges today. Someone who leads through effectively demonstrating their character, experience, humility, skill, loyalty, accountability and discernment necessary to reach the right outcomes.

The Pricing Manager position is accountable for ensuring that S&R is executed in a timely manner and within all quality parameters. This position is a hands-on Manager who oversees the Pricing/S&R staff and processes to ensure production goals are met. The Pricing Manager must be able to effectively communicate with their team to ensure production quality and goals are consistently met.
SKILLS and SPECIFICIATIONS
Extensive experience overseeing shipping and receiving lines required
Plan, direct, coordinate and secure the receiving, storage, distribution and shipping activities of:
raw materials, supplies and other items of the organization.
Ability to identify areas of opportunity to increase productivity
Pay attention to minute detail
Able to respond to fluctuating workloads
Problem solving
Able to work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals
Excellent planning, organizing skills
Ability to motivate staff
Ability to supervise and inspire a team of workers
Patient and self-confidence
Ability to operate in a systematic and logical manner
Good judgment
Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Managing Pricing/S&R staff and processes, includes supervising, planning and directing Pricing and S&R to produce quality results and exceed daily goals.
Ability to communicate effectively and write fluently.

$50,000 to $65,000 (depending on experience)
