BI Data Analyst/Report Builder

What you'll be doing
You'll be the first analyst working in Monoprice's new BI department responsible for providing insights and performance of our eCommerce business. You're a bit of data nerd and have passion for assuring data quality, analyzing the data and identifying patterns and trends, building engaging visualizations that simplify complex stories, and creating self-service dashboards for executive management. Responsible for reporting and analysis of Monoprice's eCommerce business.
Build and run SQL queries to populate reports and conduct analysis.
Help ensure integrity of data, working with development to improve underlying infrastructure to improve accuracy and efficiency
Work with other Monoprice departments to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks
Create, maintain and deliver business dashboard reports, weekly & monthly KPIs and ad hoc reports in agreed-upon timeframes
Identify opportunities for improvement (and red flags) by analyzing data from multiple sources and presenting recommendations
Understand and communicate the business impact of the data and think creatively about using it to recommend changes that measurably impact sales and retention
Assist in analyzing test results
Other duties may be assigned to accomplish company or department objectives
This will require you have great skill to collaborate with engineers while also working effectively across marketing, sales, product and finance.

Your Functional Skills
A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance preferred.
Experience with Tableau Desktop (and/or equivalent modern analytics software), connecting to data sources, data blending, creating calculations/sets/bins/parameters, and building amazing viz's that empower businesses to make more informed decisions.
A deep knowledge of MS Access and Excel, creating a business model, ad-hoc databases driven by Pivot Tables, advanced macros.
Ability to write a SQL and run queries.
Bonus points if you've got statistics experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
