Summary:
Under limited direction, the construction coordinator assures quality in, and the accomplishment of a timely completion of the construction phase for Artic Mechanical, Inc. Management of financial aspect of construction projects; cost management, progress, change orders, billing, etc. and performs related duties as assigned.

Essential Functions:
Coordinates construction scheduling and communication and acts as a liaison to project management concerning bids, subcontracting, progress and delays
Prepare various documents for all implementation of activities and ensures approval for same and assist to distribute all final documents
Participates in various project meetings and maintain records of all construction dates and project costs
Assumes administrative control for project budgets
Track and manage change notices and change orders
Keep the Construction Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of construction industry recommended
2-5 years of experience in supporting construction projects and/or related experience with administration and project management
High school diploma or college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Effective communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation skills
Strong knowledge of Quickbooks
Strong multi-tasking, organizational skill, and computer skills
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
