Summary:
The HVAC Construction Supervisor performs difficult technical work supervising and scheduling the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air handling equipment in commercial, residential and industrial facilities.
Essential Functions:
Plan, assign, inspect and supervise maintenance, repair and construction activities
Able to read and use blueprints or design specifications to install or repair HVAC/R systems
Check and troubleshoot equipment; set and adjust controls on HVAC and refrigeration systems
Order and pick up parts for jobs in order to keep mechanics on the job
Provide technical assistance to mechanics when requested
Comply with all applicable standards, policies, or procedures, such as safety or the maintenance of a clean work area
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
GED or High School Diploma
Two (2) year Technical College course in heating, ventilation and air conditioning strongly recommended
EPA Universal Certification. NATE Certification is recommended, but not required
Comprehensive knowledge of methods, materials and equipment used in installing, repairing and maintaining refrigeration and air handling equipment
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and associates
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
