Swing shift Thursday - Sunday.

Job Purpose:
Maintains safe and secure environment for clients, customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises. Requests law enforcement and/or action of appropriate individual(s) when necessary.
Security Field Supervisor minimum requirements:
o Demonstrates leadership skills
o Consistently motivated
o Reliable
o Flexible
o Possess a valid drivers license and clean driving record
o Enthused to counsel, train, and encourage others
o Maintain positive attitude through challenging situations
o Communicate/document thoroughly, efficiently, professionally
o Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office programs
o Willingness to adapt to changing procedures and work environments
o Deal with individuals cautiously and professionally
o Follow instructions.
o Deal tactfully/diplomatically with clients, NGS management and co-workers.
o Adhere to and enforce policies and procedures.
o Take initiative.
o Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property as necessary
o Obtain help by calling law enforcement
o Prevent losses and damages by reporting abnormalities and suspicious activity
o Inform violators of policies/procedures correct policies/procedures, and consequences law enforcement should they fail to comply
o Report disturbances, and trespassers to law enforcement
o Complete reports by documenting observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses when necessary.
o Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
Proof of current/valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.
